Workplace behavior is determined by your attitude during your schedule and your attitude toward your job. I think that your advancements and career growth depend highly on your workplace behavior. If you have a sour attitude toward your collegues you will not be recognized as a good employee therefore the boss will not consider you for promotions and pay raises, and if the attitude is bad enough it could likely lead to employee termination. On the contrary a good attitude could lead to bonuses, pay raises, acknowledgement from management that leads to promotions.
Customers who see professionalism return for more service which leads to more money, and a happier life

Think about it this way if you are excellent at your job but you have a bad attitude toward the work you do at your job then you won’t put your whole heart into doing the task and it will probably be half way done. If you ever want to advance in the hard knock world of business you have to have a good attitude toward the work you do and the people you work with. You will never be promoted if you walk into work everyday with a scowl on your face. Plus life’s to short to be doing something you don’t enjoy so find something you enjoy and just try your best.

Workplace behavior is very important to your advancement and safety within the company. From my perspective on things, I do my job to the best of my ability and try to behave like an adult and don’t believe in horse play at the job. If you care about the job you are on and the safety of the others around you should try to behave. Even though not everyone seems to act like an adult, if you are working you are an adult and it does not matter where you work, you should be on your best behavior at all times because you are working for a reason and that’s for money and if you want to keep making money with that company, behave.

Your behavior in the workplace is very important. Not only for you but also for other employees. It should make a difference to you because your attitude plays a big part in getting raises and bonuses. I think you should have a good attitude anyway because your employer pays you do a job and you should do it to your best ability. When you grip and complain I don’t think you do your work sufficiently enough. Other employees don’t want to hear you complain and keep them from doing their work. They should be able to work in a nice, friendly place without aggravation from another employee.
